"I have known Phil Rapin personally and professionally since 1991. In the community and in my work at Shasta County, I often heard him speak about Recovery. I was impressed by his expertise, his humor, and his articulate discussion. He is a charismatic speaker, an entertaining and informative teacher and a man who lives the principle of integrity. Shasta County is fortunate to have a therapist with his breadth of experience. I have referred clients to his personal therapy practice and to his program at Shasta Options, and will continue to do so."-- Charlie Price, M.S.
